The fact that it wasn't apparent to even most of us passionate fans, is a testament to the maturity of everyone involved. I hated to see them go as well.

I’m no expert ….
But, keep her from going downhill. She’s going to get hers from the perimeter. More importantly, on the other end, don’t let her disrupt our passing lanes; that’s when she can really do some damage and get into our heads. IMHO.

Is the most important game thus far in CMD’s tenure. We’re not Louisville, Duke or NCST caliber. Maybe not even UNC or ND, though both are beatable. But the “best of the rest” is up for grabs. No pressure.

I’d just like to see if she has a turnaround or fade away…..
She’s fairly game-aware, has good instincts, a good passer, and rebounds well for a true freshman. She’s also a big strong young lady. She should be good for 8-10 points. I want to see Aniya and Freelon in the game together, Freelon at the 4.

Wells …
Love her hustle (on one of her two misses at the line she somehow came up with the rebound) but what was she doing in during crunch time, with both Suffren and Daley on the bench. She had a wide open three late and JMU pretty much said be my guest. Still trying to wrap my head around that.

Came from Georgia I recall. When he left Georgia, a good friend of mine from Athens said the Hoos were getting a superstar. Maybe he's starting to have an impact.

Very simply ……
This could have been Georgia (in so many words)
I had a great 4 years as a Hokie
And I’m very thankful for all the support I received
I do need to work on my game to get to the next level
Coach Brooks has been integral in my development
So changing coaches and systems at this time is not in my best interests
Therefore I’ll be following Coach Brooks to Kentucky
Go Hokies!
Shoot, if I were Brooks I would have coached her to say something like that, but that’s another story.

She does …
Our freshman are, well, freshman. And Mackie is just facing better competition. With Samyha out, and Tilly and Carys in complimentary roles, she puts a lot on her shoulders. I really have come to appreciate her game. And Rose, omg, I’m super impressed with how seriously she takes her role, and the work she’s put in. Great group of young women.

Foul trouble kept her out of rhythm. Glad she was on the floor at the end.

Clarification and additional thoughts …
Correct me if I’m wrong, but the Kentucky women play in Memorial Coliseum, which is currently undergoing a massive renovation. Rupp is their temporary home. Somebody confirm.
Understanding that football is first, Whit should make a serious counter offer for CKB. This program has generated off-the-charts goodwill for the athletic department and university. But it’s not all about comp. You have to throw in additional program resources. I’m sure that will be part of the deal. This is so reminiscent of the Beamer / Weaver standoff of yesteryear.
I’m not nearly ready to put CKB’s likeness in the Cassell rafters, but if he stays and achieves similar success post Liz and Georgia, then he’s earned it. What a great challenge.

Is there any place on TSL where the women’s recruits are listed. I recall David or someone else listing them in a particular thread, but that was some time ago. Is a list anywhere to be found?
