Heat Transfer-How many of us have wished that our wives had taken HT ?
Very useful course - close the door - winter and summer. Don't leave cold stuff on the counter. Let the meat thaw in the frig, especially in the winter time. What a useful course. Haha.

Composting Advice - Food Containers Question - to compost or not?
I compost virtually all of our plant waste - banana, orange peels, avocado skins, coffee grounds and filter paper, etc. I note that the coffee paper filters don't break down very much.
So, my son picked up from Tropical Grill, The beans and rice came in "compostable" paper containers. I threw them in the compost but doubt they will break down very fast.
Any experience with composting "compostable" food containers? Thanks for the help.
