I'm betting Andonian is drooling just thinking about inflicting psychological trauma and statutory pain on his former victim. He has to be wanting Scott's head on his mantel. This is possibly the final opportunity to set things straight. On the other hand, what a bummer it would be to learn Andonian's still not fully recovered. Let's hope for the best. / I'm also betting both Flynn and Latona avenge their losses in Raleigh. Meanwhile, reality showed me that if Brady stays out of his own head and let's his body run things, well, you know... My gut's not feeling that one though. Still, my brackets have us walking in there with 6 number 1 seeds. Of course, that's worth nothing. But we'll see. Gobble-gobble...

Proving to himself and everyone else that he's not a quitter is part of the addiction. Whether he's at Tech is a different subject. Being prone to injury is a factor, but I suspect he'll convince himself he can deal with that. Regardless of what he decides, I think we'll all be rooting for him. Your dream is my emergency scheme. Totally an edge-of-your-seat rivalry. I was begging Bolen through my television to stay malicious last match; I thought he had it. But evidently, Hidley runs on a fresh set of energizer batteries. If Bolen the Bludgeoner shows up, Hidley's batteries won't be enough. An accomplished stud for sure, but a match with Andonian would still be a roll of the dice. I just asked myself, which one is more fun to watch? And Bam! Oh yea, wins like that definitely instill well earned confidence and raise expectations. Of course, adding up his avoidable losses certainly does the opposite. / When Brady got smashed by O'Connor a year or so ago, it seemed to totally wreck his confidence. That night, I thought Brady looked ready to brawl when he walked on the mat, but his confidence -- and his spirit to fight -- left him before the match ended. I don't think those weapons made an appearance again until nationals. He started this season looking promisingly aggressive, but he's now again consistently handing over pending victories. Giving his intensity and attacks a vacation after the first period does not appear to promise him success any time soon. / I think it was Troy Steiner who said something like, "If he's going to beat me, I'm going to make him go through hell first." Latona, Henson, and Bolen (when he's at his best) display that attitude. Brady has the tools. At this point, it wouldn't hurt him to take the halter off and turn himself loose. I know all of us would love to see him win ACCs.

Doesn't appear he's cutting a lot of weight. And it's just hard to imagine anyone regularly practicing with Lewis and Andonian would be sucking wind when pitted against mere mortals. But my lying eyes are seeing the same things yours are. He's an enigma. Last year, he wrestled tough at nationals. Maybe he likes the brighter lights. I'll be rooting for him. I'm hoping he's getting meaner right now.
