Thanks for sharing this link.

I think that Whit along with the COO hit the main metrics well and amply emphasized the consequences. With an additional increase to student revenues, admin support increase from 15% to 20%, and doing additional events like Oklahomas magic memories, the 52m delta is not insurmountable. I wish Whit had of rephrased his comment to “well planned and distributed resources equal success” having dealt with insipid or poorly trained project managers for over 30 years

Great explanation mjf

I didn’t think GT had grown that much. Kinda scary they have a campus in China as they do a boatload of US military research

Not sure about the LU women’s lacrosse team never playing in the tournament

But will take your Work for it. I misspoke as I meant to say women’s field hockey. (Lost to Northwestern in 2021). I also spelled Battman wrong.

Concur with you battmann

LU is all in on money wise on athletics. They pay all of their athletes a stipend plus fund a phenomenal amount of programs. They nearly won a national championship in women's lacrosse a couple of years ago and we have seen them beat VT, Arkansas and BYU in football recently. I realize people have strong feelings about their religious beliefs and academics, but like it or not they have deep pockets and aren’t afraid to spend it on a vision of being a major player in athletics

Nice roll up, thanks…..

LCA has had some amazing talent over the past few years, to include Braxton Pfaff who played at VT under Fuente. They have had to 5 star recruits in the last couple of years as well

Parking at Liberty

I live in Lynchburg and have attended several games….fun family atmosphere but very little tailgating. There is a pretty good Macados right next to campus and you can easily walk to the stadium from there. You can also park in the Thomas Road Baptist Church parking lot which would be about a 1/4 mile walk
