“Stick it in”

The drum beat is awesome. Maybe a new phrase if the wokes find too triggering. Put new phrase on video screen. ** Edited by Arachnid at 7/11/2026, 5:44:53 AM

Had both mine replaced

Congenital hip displasia. Second one was easier. Doc had me wear compression hose and calf pumps at night so not much swelling. First one had way more swelling right above the knee and much more pain with no compression hose or calf pumps. Never took anything stronger than advil for either. Second one I was at surgical center about 630 am and home by noon. And yes they use a saw and a hammer. My recommendation is you ask your surgeon about compression hose and calf pumps.

Send’em over here

The wild world of unregulated internet posting. Actually one of my favorite sites.

More BOV background

Perhaps more information will be forthcoming…

Billy Cosh

Get him now or he’ll be off elsewhere. About 2005 2006 I suggested on the Sabre, our (UR) then coach Dave Clawson to replace Al and was laughed at.

I’m not proposing that

But are you good with bobbing along on the surface of an outgoing tide?

Coaches are born and coaches die

It’s not the constant small pool of 60 good coaches. It’s very fluid. Burn it down!

Reign the eligibility

Get back to the student athlete format not the high paid mercenaries. Four years unless one medical redshirt. This would be a start.

Tech has an opportunity to make a statement

Tech still has now a diminishing national platform. I do not know who is happy with the NIL except the high paid mercenaries and their handlers. Schools ain’t happy and fans ain’t happy. Will the media be happy with what Lane looked like in the fourth quarter Saturday night? Burn it down!

Contracts. It’s a business

Why not buck the trend and negotiate like a normal business. These college coach salaries and buyouts are ridiculous. There are plenty of competent coaches (think number of ncaa schools with fb programs x the number of personnel on each staff) out there who would love to coach VT. If the first offer declines because they want a big buyout, move on to the next person. Why pay someone who wants a fail payout? They failure should be on them not the school. It’s Friday before a home game against a heated rival

Home team A goes to court to file an injunction to prevent Team B’s highly paid NIL roster from playing under NCAA defined amateur rules until the court receives evidence and issues a ruling Team B s players provided some entity average market value in exchange for the NIL benefits paid to these players. What if the Plaintiff is not the school but a fan. Does he have standing? Team A NIL booster? Betting parlor? Bubba who was told by his NIL recipient he wouldn’t throw the game?

Drones to LSU

On the educational side it’s only $800k.

Ending the NIL

The only way to end the NIL is for schools to band together and refuse to participate as the mudball rolls downhill with tainted, unregulated money toward a Congressional investigation, thrown games and maimed and murdered athletes.

And last night

Showed you the lack of coaching we’ve had to put up with for the last 12 plus years. Sure CM caught lightning a couple of times but it was two players who basically carried the team to those heights. Ugh, hope to see you again when our program is righted!

CM

I have no question about CM’s character or integrity. After watching him coach for almost 20 years, his coaching or lack is clear. So clear I had some VCU fans contact me after UR was losing its second 10 point lead last week against STJoes and tell me it was over as they saw the choke look. Seen it too many times. His record against VCU is about 7 or 8 and 24. Major complaint is he doesn’t make adjustments. I hope you don’t see tomorrow night,

It was 2008,

I am unable to quickly find his quotes but I did find his player quote’s post 2009 games in bburg that sg told them the UR loss in 2008 kept them out of the tourney. There is more I just am unable to find right now. Back to work

Here are our stats

And no we don’t rebound worth a darn, or even try. On O we turn around and run back down the court. I question the turnover comment but here are the stats. I like our center. Best one we have had in years. The coach…………………………………………

We’re game!

Remember Fester didn't say nice things about us and ended any chance. Don’t know what happened around Buzz. There is talk about a renewal of the of RTD games involving tech, Va, VCU and ur to be played at the new Henrico facility.

Griz also having financial success

Sam Herder @SamHerderFCS • Follow After last year's title, SDSU saw an increase in season tickets, merchandise, fundraising, traffic for both athletics & univ. websites, corporate sponsorships, club/suite areas selling out This yr, Missoula is enjoying over $7.5M from home playoff games

My Spiders visited in 2000

Unfortunately they did not have the right shoes for the frozen field. I remember seeing that looming mountain behind the stadium and knew it was a neat place, stands were packed. We did get revenge in 2008 in Chatty.

It’s clear

The program needs a total rebuild. (Listened to and have watched Hokie games for over 60 years and sent kids to bburg). Why doesn’t Pry concentrate on one thing at a time, ie he’s a defensive guy, put your best athletes on defense, concentrate on D and build that first. And also on special teams. The holistic approach is not working.
