Noticed Charlotte Football has 20 St. Francis kids on the team

Maybe Cam will be headed there for immediate playing time. Coach is former St. Francis coach. It's where Durrell Robinson ended up from last year's class who we almost got, then BC got, now at Charlotte. I also noticed they have a handful of DeMatha kids too.

I agree with you, the penalties killed to watch

The only caveat I'd say is I think Pry thinks the fundamentals are playing more aggressive and competing. Like, that's the culture change more than the details. I could be wrong. But I think that is Prys basics

In our new D system, there will not be a true mike

They will not try to recruit true mikes. They will find a OLB that can communicate and is most instinctual of the group in the box. When this staff recruits LB they will all project to OLB and then they'll find a mike in that group.

With the Hoyle switch

It's a better chance for him to see the field as he seems to be passed by younger safeties and a WR pos switch. He will have to gain weight for sure. SAM is the easiest to pick up but most demanding from an athletic point for LB. Plus, it's where they start all young LB til they gain weight

I don't know about bad mouthing

If you watched his rankings, they dropped steadily through the recruiting cycle. The other side of the coin is this kid is a good prospect, but maybe not a blue chip, but since he got rated one early in the process, fans put unnecessary expectations on him that he doesn't need

They want him at OL or DT and he wanted to play DE though not fast enough

So then he finally said, cool to DT, but now still undersized like Mario and Kendrick. Really, he should be an OL Also, his rating is from getting big early, in reality, a great prospect but not the 4-5* guy he was early in the ratings. Plus, his ratings are based on him being a OL. One reason we got him over others is we were willing to let him play DT and most the other offers were based on wanting to play OL

I don't know how he will do coaching

But he was the recruiter for pop and drones, so he recruited 2/3 of our recent qbs

Kris Harley was a 4 star with big offer list

Pry would know if the ranking added up to a player. I just don't think they think DT is top priority for a transfer like DB and OL
