Virginia Tech opens spring practice today in Blacksburg. After hitting 80 degrees at one point last week, there is snow on the ground today. That’s Southwest Virginia in the early spring for you. It’s not exactly great practice weather right now, but the forecast indicates that’s going to change shortly.
