1) James Franklin has proven to be an excellent and tireless recruiter. Matt Campbell does not have that reputation; however, he was recruiting at Iowa State. Given James Franklin’s abilities and connections, is it possible that Virginia Tech can attract high school recruits at the same level as Penn State with these staffs in place, or will talent across the region, especially in Virginia, still be swayed by the Penn State logo? — bcrystal
