1) Considering the number of new coaches and players, is a strong finish the best indication that Brent Pry has things moving in a positive direction? If VT is 3-3 at the halfway mark, I imagine the torches and pitchforks will be out in force. However, I might be really happy if this team is playing sound football and goes 4-2 down the stretch. — dllawson

CC, good article. I agree with your notion that the VANDY game will tell us what the season will be. Can we win, Yes, it's Lane at night. But our DC doesn't see a scrambler QB like Vandy has in the NFL and can we score enough to prevail. So yes, Sun 9/7 we'll know what we got, USCe will romp over us. Thanks for your honest assessments.
