CHARLOTTE, N.C. — To those who say the ACC gave up too much to resolve legal issues with league members Clemson and Florida State in March, ending the in-house litigation that threatened the conference’s viability by creating an even more unequal revenue distribution model that rewards viewership, commissioner Jim Phillips has a standard response.
