Virginia Tech fans old enough to remember the 1986 Peach Bowl know that it was Chris Kinzer who made the game-winning field goal as time expired, giving the Hokies a 25-24 victory over NC State and the program’s first bowl victory. Most probably don’t remember the holder, though.
