Former Virginia Tech fullback Jarrett Ferguson became the interim strength & conditioning coach in the lead-up to the Duke’s Mayo Bowl against Minnesota, and he was later hired in a permanent role. Always a popular player in Blacksburg — not only with the fans, but with former players as well — Ferguson is now leading the Hokies’ efforts to get bigger, faster and stronger, and to be better conditioned as well.
