I like what Brent Pry did with the hire of Sam Siefkes as Virginia Tech football’s defensive coordinator. I think Tech needs a new type of vision on defense, and Siefkes should provide that. Credit Pry for being open to changing his scheme, similar to how former defensive coordinator Frank Beamer was open to changing his scheme in 1993.
