1) How do you recruit a defense without a defensive coordinator? I mean, each DC has his own style of defense. Some like the smaller edge guys while others like length. Some want guys that can exploit gaps at DT while others want space eaters to create better lanes for pursuers. So, how successful can we be recruiting-wise if we do not know if the individual strengths of the players will match the positional strengths required to run a particular system? — AirborneHokie96
