I picked Virginia Tech to beat Marshall 34-17, so I was pretty close. Andy and Will had the Hokies at 34 as well, and David picked Tech to score 30. I was pretty confident VT would win; I just didn’t quite know what it would look like. I don’t think Marshall fans thought their team had a great chance, either. Not as many seemed to make the trip to Lane Stadium as they have in the past, and one asked me before the game, “How many points are you going to beat us by?”
