The media got to watch between 20 and 30 minutes of Virginia Tech football’s practice on Friday, and as Andy Bitter wrote, things got a little bit chippy. While that was certainly the most entertaining part of practice, I spent my time trying to get a feel for the initial depth chart. One of the positions I checked out was linebacker, which many fans have their eye on heading into the season.
