1) Starting to feel like the ACC is a dead carcass on the side of the road getting picked over by the B1G and SEC buzzard$ for talented athletes and coaches. It's not an even playing field where the ACC can financially compete, and the longer it goes on, the worse the situation will get. The ACC appears to be dying a death by a thousand cuts. The longer this goes on, the less the ACC will have left to compete with, even if it does eventually get into the P2.
