Let’s keep this North Cross to Tech train going. Hannes Hamer is already there. They are both from Germany and played on a state champion team with the Raiders. VA to VT.

Hey Jason,
Where is his family from in Germany?
How does a German kid get to the US to play football?
Thx
Jason Stamm
Lots of European and Australian kids make it to the US because of how accessible Hudl is. Lots of academies set up to get kids noticed too. Schmoranzer is from near Nuremberg, south central Germany. Been at North Cross last two seasons.

His path to the US and playing football is similar to that of Hannes Hammer, from Germany to North Cross. Schmo grew up playing soccer but later took up flag football, which led to a chance to come to the USA and play at North Cross. It’s great to see European athletes coming to the US to play American football.

Vanila Ice Cream vs Chocolate Ice Cream. Apple Pie vs Cherry Pie; etc..
This kid is great at the decision tree process - and he'll be a winner in any case.
