As part of his staffing overhaul, Brent Pry promoted Pierson Prioleau, Director of Player Development—Defense, to a full coaching role as safeties coach. Hokie fans know Prioleau best from his All-American days as a defensive back for the Hokies. It’s also probably safe to say that grad assistant Brent Pry got to know Prioleau pretty well between ’95 and ’97. Between his stops in Blacksburg, Prioleau got a lot of reps under some good defensive coaches in the NFL, and that’ll be our focus.
