Generally speaking, I’ve felt that the grades given by Pro Football Focus to Virginia Tech players have matched the eye test over the years.  For example, guys like Christian Darrisaw, Khalil Herbert and Caleb Farley all dominated on the field to the untrained eye, and their grades on PFF reflected their on-field production.
