It’s time for the yearly Top Prospects list, which is one of my favorite articles to put together each year. GMSAHokie and I used to do them twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall, but we don’t get to see guys scrimmage these days, which makes ranking them a bit more difficult. We’ve fallen back to a once-a-year schedule, and in fact we haven’t updated our list since the spring of 2017. A lot has changed since then.
