Hart, Rivals.com’s No. 52 athlete and No. 9 player in Maryland for 2019, is up to seven offers, most recently from West Virginia, Boston College and Virginia Tech. This spring there will be more visits coming, which should give Hart a better idea of which schools are legit contenders.
