Virginia Tech has 19 commitments for the 2018 recruiting class, so there are precious few spots remaining. My guess is that the coaching staff would sign 25 players in this class, if possible.
If it doesn't seem like the Hokies have room to sign 25 guys in this class, then you would be correct. On paper, they don't. By my count, anywhere from 68-70 scholarship players are eligible to return for the 2018 season. That would give Tech room to sign 15-17 players in the 2018 class. But by now we all know that it doesn't work that way.
