At 6-foot-6 and 275 pounds, Class of 2019 offensive guard Donovan Beaver is no slouch. Still, size was something Beaver noticed last weekend when he took in his first college game as a recruit.
Beaver, a junior at Massaponax High School in Fredericksburg , was on hand Saturday for Virginia Tech’s win over Delaware. Now with offers from the Hokies, Virginia and Maryland, he’s gotten a good idea of what to expect. But Virginia Tech's collective size jumped out in a big way to Beaver when he was on the sideline in Lane Stadium.
