In many ways, Clayton (NC) 2019 four-star defensive end Savion Jackson is keeping an open mind with his recruitment. But while he hasn’t dived in, there are already a few make or break factors.
Jackson is up to 12 offers, most recently from Florida, Virginia, East Carolina and Penn State. Virginia Tech offered at the end of March, while South Carolina was first to offer in February.
