It's been nearly a month since Virginia Tech has played a complete basketball game. You have to go all the way back to Thanksgiving Day, November 24, when the Hokies hammered New Mexico 92-72 in Anaheim. They've played seven games since then, and although they are 6-1 in those games, they've yet to play a complete 40 minutes of basketball in that stretch.
