Grassfield (Chesapeake, VA) senior defensive end Patrick Jones II informed TechSideline.com that he will make an official visit to Virginia Tech this weekend, which is when the Hokies host Pittsburgh in what will be the ACC opener for both schools. Jones has taken unofficial visits to Tech before, most recently for the regular season opener against Ohio State.
"I like Tech a lot," Jones II wrote in a direct message over Twitter. He added that he will visit "VT on the 3rd (of October) and it is an official."
