It’ll either be NC State, UVa, Virginia Tech, or Kentucky for John Carroll (Fort Pierce, FL) rising senior outside linebacker Brock Miller, who will make his college choice this Thursday at 6 p.m.
Miller, a 6’4”, 215-pound prospect, visited the three ACC schools last week. His first stop was Raleigh, North Carolina, to see a school he had explored twice before.
