Lake Taylor (Norfolk, VA) junior cornerback Wayne Davis impressed right off the bat in my interview with him at the "The Opening: D.C." last Sunday. Davis, one of the most highly recruited defensive players in the state of Virginia's class of 2016, was asked about the individual success he has enjoyed on the gridiron.

“I feed off my D-lineman. They get pressure so quick. We have linemen like Darnell Ewell, Jaylen Cuffee, QuaDennis Perkins, Prezhontay Wilkins, and we also have Marquise Poole coming off the edge. They make my job a whole lot easier,” Davis said.
