We're about to enter year three of the Scot Loeffler era, and it's time to see some progress on the offensive side of the ball.  Loeffler came to Virginia Tech after one bad year at Auburn, preceded by a successful two seasons at Temple.  The jury is still out, and Tech fans need to see some signs of progress during the 2015 season.
