Hampton (VA) quarterback JoVonn Quillen Jr. plans to take his time in the recruiting process, but the first scholarship offer he received may be the most important.
“The offer means so much to me,” the 6’1”, 190-pound junior said of the scholarship offer he landed from Virginia Tech earlier this month. “[The Virginia Tech] fan base is so great. My childhood dream was to play in front of the Hokienation. My cousin is there now and I would love to play by his side again.”
