Four-star senior cornerback Garrett Taylor made his way to Blacksburg last Thursday to see Virginia Tech take on Miami. The St. Christopher’s (Richmond, VA) standout, currently a University of Michigan commitment, says the experience “helped [Virginia Tech] a lot.”
“As far as Virginia Tech being a school I’m looking at, it is definitely in the mix,” Taylor answered when asked where Tech stood with him following last Thursday night’s experience. “I have to say the visit helped [Virginia Tech] a lot. I’m definitely coming back for an official in the winter. It’s important to me to get to know the players and see how I fit in. That’s the next step in the process with Virginia Tech.”
