Nash Central (Rocky Mount, N.C.) defensive end Houshun Gaines had four tackles including one sack in a season-opening loss to Tarboro last Friday. Helping the Bulldogs rebound tomorrow night against Kinston, and ultimately capping off his high school career with a successful 2014 season, is of course his primary focus; however, he also plans to use the coming months to figure out where he wants to go to college.

“I'm getting ready to start taking officials. I plan taking one in a month. Definitely one in September, if not two,” Gaines wrote in a direct message on Twitter when asked for the latest on his recruitment.
