Highland Springs (VA) rising senior wide receiver prospect Felton Davis III has never put a timetable on his recruitment. In fact, when he narrowed his list to 10 on July 3, it was a spur-of-the-moment decision.

“I woke up that morning and felt like it needed to be done. I just felt like it was time,” said Davis, whose top 10 includes Louisville, Miami, Michigan State, Missouri, Nebraska, Vanderbilt, Virginia, Virginia Tech, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
