If there ever was a player who personified the concept of an up and down career, it was former Hokie QB Sean Glennon. From the highs of winning an ACC Championship and being named MVP of the championship game, to the lows of finishing his career on the bench, Glennon experienced it all.
During his time at Virginia Tech from 2004-2008, Glennon was a polarizing figure among Virginia Tech fans, at least on the message boards here at TechSideline.com. From the time the Hokies signed Tyrod Taylor in February of 2007 until the time Glennon finished his redshirt senior year in 2008, the debate waged about whether Tyrod or Glennon should start, whether Tyrod should redshirt, if they should split time ... it was endless.
