This week’s first “Strategy Session” feature focused on offense. Now it’s time for defense, which is a big focus of the coaching staff in class of 2015 recruiting. Virginia Tech’s two current commitments - H.D. Woodson (Washington, D.C.) product DuWayne Johnson and Northern Guilford (Greensboro, N.C.) prospect Mook Reynolds – project to play cornerback for the Hokies. Johnson is a sure-fire corner. Reynolds says the coaches have compared him to former Hokie Kyle Fuller, who was versatile enough to play several spots, even Whip linebacker. Mook may not be a Whip, but he says the staff has indicated he could play corner or safety.
