Gonzaga College (Washington, D.C.) offensive tackle Richie Petitbon had never visited Virginia Tech before November 16, when Tech hosted Maryland in its 2013 home finale. The trip was fruitful for the highly recruited junior - he returned home having scored an offer from the Hokies - but what did he think of Virginia Tech in general?
"It was awesome," Petitbon said of the experience. "It's a beautiful, beautiful campus. It was my first time going there. The coaches there said they just wanted me to get down there. It was an intense, awesome entrance. I liked it a lot."
