Virginia Tech football extended some scholarship offers yesterday, with at least two of those offers going to in-state high school seniors. Running back remains a focus for the Hokies in the class of 2014, it appears, as both players -- Green Run (Virginia Beach, VA) product Anthony Scott and Hopewell (VA) standout Tabyus Taylor -- were offered as running backs. Tech has a commitment from Phoebus (Hampton, VA) star senior Marshawn Williams and just hosted Washington (PA) running back Shai McKenzie on an official visit this past weekend.
