When Massaponax (Fredericksburg, VA) senior and Virginia Tech recruit Vinny Mihota suffered a broken bone in his left foot during a win over Albemarle, the initial thinking was that he would return to action in two to four weeks. Five games later, the 6'4", 250-pound defensive end prospect remains sidelined but is hopeful he will be able to return to the field before the regular season is over.
"It's coming along but not where I'd like it to be at this point," Mihota said of his injury. "It should be another week or two."
