Bethel (Hampton, VA) defensive tackle Ricky Walker had hopes of putting the recruiting process behind him before the start of his senior season. His recruitment stretched into the fall of his senior year, but Walker finally found what he was looking for in Virginia Tech.
Walker, a 6'2", 270-pound senior, informed head coach Frank Beamer of his decision this past Sunday morning while at breakfast on the final day of his official visit in Blacksburg.
