DeMatha Catholic (Hyattsville, MD) rising senior Cam Phillips boasts a dozen offers. Of the schools that have extended scholarships, the 6'0", 180-pound wide receiver plans to visit at least three between now and the end of July.
"Me and my team are going to Rutgers on Saturday for a 7-on-7. I'm going to talk to the coaches there. I have visits in July to Virginia Tech and Virginia. West Virginia and Wisconsin are other schools I want to visit," Phillips said.
