The University of Virginia is the latest school to offer a scholarship to rising senior DaiQuan Lawrence , a 6'1", 180-pound cornerback prospect out of Western Branch High School (Chesapeake, VA). UVa is the second ACC offer Lawrence has received, joining Wake Forest. Hampton, Norfolk State, and North Carolina Central have extended full scholarships as well.
Of his latest offer, the Bruins standout said: "Actually, I have some friends who play for UVa now. I like [Virginia cornerbacks coach] Chip West. I like how they play the DBs."
