As expected, Broughton (Raleigh, N.C.) senior offensive lineman Wolfgang Zacherl was in attendance for Virginia Tech's victory over Bowling Green this past Saturday. Certainly, the key issue right now for Zacherl is his standing with Tech in terms of a possible scholarship offer. Did he learn anything knew from the Tech staff this past weekend?
"They actually didn't talk specifically to me about a scholarship," Zacherl answered. "Maybe the closest thing I got in terms of knowing where I stand with them is that Coach O'Cain called me out to go to midfield to meet personally with Coach Beamer."
