A Virginia Tech scholarship offer wasn't on the line for Parker Osterloh at this past Saturday's one-day camp, but that didn't stop the Warhill (Williamsburg, VA) offensive tackle from participating, just as he did at Tech's previous one-day camp on June 3rd.
