They send me letters letting me know how much they can't wait to have me there and how they love me being a Hokie, but I'm also going to show some interest in Alabama. I'm interested in getting to know Alabama. I know they are the national champs two out of the last three years. I'm not familiar with much else. I'll probably go down to see how it is."

Holland Fisher verbally committed to Virginia Tech in February, but that didn't stop reigning national champion Alabama from coming in with an offer last month. The 6'2", 200-pound rising senior linebacker/safety maintains that he is solid with the Hokies, admitting though that he intends to explore the Alabama opportunity further.
