Salem High School (Virginia Beach, VA) quarterback Bucky Hodges started four games on the varsity level his freshman season. He showed well, throwing for about 200 yards in his first start and leading the Sun Devils to two straight wins to end the year. Virginia Tech head coach Frank Beamer had seen enough, and he decided to offer the promising freshman in the spring of 2010.
As you might imagine, Beamer and company were plenty pleased with Hodges' decision to commit to the Hokies last Saturday.
