Centreville (Clifton, VA) defensive end Ken Ekanem , recently named Virginia Preps AAA Defensive Player of the Year in 2011, is one of the top uncommitted high school seniors in the state of Virginia. Unless more schools jump into the picture in the coming weeks, the 6'3", 245-pound prospect's list has focused to three schools: Notre Dame, Oregon and Virginia Tech.
So far, Ekanem has scheduled official visits with Virginia Tech (weekend of Jan. 20) and Notre Dame (weekend of Jan. 27).
