Virginia Tech men's basketball has scored its second verbal commitment of the 2012 class. Head coach Seth Greenberg stayed in-state for this latest commitment, 6'8", 210-pound Rustburg High School (VA) forward Marshall Wood , who joins Tarboro (N.C.) native Montrezl Harrell in Tech's 2012 class.
"He talked to Coach Greenberg this morning and gave a verbal commitment," Rustburg head coach Brantley Shields said of Wood, who will sign a letter of intent with the Hokies next month during men's basketball's Early Signing Period.
