Goochland (VA) place-kicker Colby Cooke enjoyed a big-time junior season, making 10 of 12 field goals -- including a long of 47 yards -- en route to being a consensus first-team all-state selection. Coaches from Liberty, JMU, North Carolina, Richmond, Virginia and Virginia Tech have stopped by Goochland High School this Evaluation Period to further evaluate the 6-3, 190-pound standout, who has a busy summer planned.
"I feel confident about possibly getting a few offers, but I haven't gotten any yet," said Cooke, who made five of nine field goals his sophomore season. "Some coaches have said that, if they see me perform like they see me kick on film, they'd offer."
