We've covered the wide receivers, running backs and quarterbacks, but none of
those players can be effective if there is a bad offensive line on the field.
That has happened all too often to the Hokies in the recent past. Things have
gotten a lot better over the last couple of seasons, and this year Tech should
have their deepest and most talented offensive line in quite a long time.
We have seen Tech offenses suffer in the past for lack of a good offensive
line. 2006 and 2007 are the best examples, when the Hokies wasted the best group
of wide receivers they've ever had because they couldn't block anybody up front.
